Dr.
Arthur P.
Attwell, a veteran educator of 32 years, heads the Childhood Education
Department at Nyack College in New York City. He is a national
consultant,
motivational speaker, and minister. His areas of expertise are
brain-mind
research and learning styles. Dr. Attwell lives in New York's Hudson
River
Valley region, where he provides free clinical services for children
and adults
with reading or learning difficulties. Art, as he is lovingly called
here by
members of the Project has come aboard as the Chairman of our Advisory
Board. He
works primarily with the Christ
Cares Program and
serves as a mentor to Llewellyn Griffith. Art
believes that by establishing a strong brotherly relationship in
Christ, he and
Llewellyn can work to ensure that prayer, accountability, planning and
reflecting are common practices among members of the Project. The two
men
together serve as a reminder that the goals of The Eden Foundation
Project can
not be accomplished by mere might or power but by the spirit and
because of the
grace of Almighty God.
